Have you chosen people to work with for financing, inspections and home warranties? Have you had all your questions answered about zoning, closing costs and homeowners associations? How long will it take to get your financing approved and your inspections done? While this sounds like a lot it can be simplified.

For selling a house, do you understand the process of pricing your home based on comparable solds not other listed properties? Do you have a checklist of things you can do to get your house ready to show to the best of its ability? Is marketing available that uses the local sources and the internet to maximum benefit? Do you communicate well with your agent?
